Titus began working with our son who was 13 at the time .We wanted an athletic performance trainer who was versed in something other than weightlifting. Titus was everything we needed – His own work ethic, his reasonable goal setting for Will and his personality were a perfect FIT.
Titus is cognizant of each athletes strengths and has a way of making the sessions benefit the individual not just a one size fits all – he works with the person to develop & challenge them. His instruction on nutrition is very valuable as well. Titus works with individuals and groups –we chose individual sessions to make the emphasis on using correct form & focus on TRAINING Will with skills and knowledge he could use on his own -- down the road.
As it turned out the individual sessions proved VERY instrumental in giving Will the DESIRE to want to keep up the good work even in the absence of a weekly routine –We were most delighted when Will WANTED to sign back up for Winter sessions – As a mother I will say it gives me joy to peek in on a session and see the interaction between Titus and Will – he is not just a trainer he is a friend and supporter of our son’s aspirations and dreams.

So... I made the decision to start working out with Coach Florence in November of '16. I didn't know then that it would make such an impact on my life! In these few months my trainer has not only changed my body for the better but he has helped me transform my mind, I think of food different, I welcome any extra exercise or movement my day as a mom brings me. I used to be known as what some would call a "couch potato " I loved binge watching shows on the couch during the weekend.
I am proud to share with you all that as of June 1st 2017 I am officially down 42 lbs, six inches off my waist line. I used to be a size 20 and now I am in 14! OMG I never thought it possible, but Coach Florence helped me feel beautiful again, this decision has given me my life back. I used to battle depression and anxiety but have not needed any medicine since January '17. I no longer have "kankels" instead I have ankels and a beautiful calf to show off in my heels. My thighs are shaping up and you wouldn't believe what Squats and weights have done for my rump! I still have a long way to go before I get to where I want to be, but I am so thankful I have chosen to take this adventure head on with Coach Florence!

Coach Florence, there is a lot you can say about him, determined, smart, hard working, always has a positive attitude and vibe, and I could go on and on.
Working with Titus I didn't only become better as a basketball player but also a better person in general. He made me realize that it is truly possible to achieve your dreams when you do not think it's possible or it's going to happen.
Training with him makes you realize you actually want to keep achieving your dream because he pushes you to the max and try's to get to your full potential in what ever sport your in or if you just want to live a healthy lifestyle.
He is the best trainer and coach hands down, to me his is the smartest and most knowledgeable person I know and he shows you that from a simple conversation

I am a semi pro basketball player for the Lincoln lion of Illinois. After being coached and train by Titus, I am the first allstar in my conference ever to come out of central Illinois and bump up every stat i had in the league. Was also an honorary mention for MVP for the pro league my team is in. I have offers from other semi pro team and going to London this summer to play basketball. And honestly I couldn't thank him enough for everything he has done as a trainer, coach, and also as a friend.
Titus Florence is the real deal and if there is any doubt about anything you do or want to achieve in sports, being healthy, or life in general, I would always recommend him without any hesitation at all. So I just want to say thank you Titus for everything. I hope that people can also follow there dream and achieve them. I'm not done following my dreams yet either, it's just the beginning and I'm glad you are here to help me get there!

After getting a spinal tap I was told by y doctor that I needed to lose 30lbs for my health or I was going to go blind. In need of a trainer! got a hold of Titus Florence who not only help me lose 30lbs and more, he made me feel comfortable in my own skin again and much healthier.
Titus Jevonne Florence is in his 2nd year developing the Strength and Conditioning Program for the 100 athletes in Spring field High Schools football program. Before he took over our team suffered numerous preventable injuries (sprains and pulls). Titus has gone to several coaching clinics and listened to some world renowned trainers. Since focusing our entire program on becoming better ATHLETES we have suffered very few injuries and was a much more competitive team on Friday nights. Titus has the knowledge and the drive to become the best in the business!!!

Around this time last year, I was just graduating nursing school and starting my first job as a new nurse. I felt stuck feeling horrible about myself, using my chronic health conditions as an excuse and accepting the fact that this is just how it's going to be. After starting a second part time job, I quickly realized that my strength and physical capabilities were not conducive of my new profession. Cutting out fast food and soda brought me to the middle picture about 6 months later. 15lb down and feeling preety good. I still found myself hating the way I looked in just about everything, hiding under baggy scrubs everyday and relying on my job as my souce of exercise. I knew I needed to be stronger, and knew I could do better. I sought out some help to guide and teach me how to gain the strength and the knowledge I needed to live a healthier life. Now, today on the right, 30lb down, feeling better than I did at 16, am on the road to being the person I've always wanted to be! Did I have a lot of set backs? Of Course! Am I a size 6 again? Hell no! Can I wear those short shorts and tight shirts again? I probably shouldn't... but I'm a hell of a lot healthier than I have EVER been! I pushed through the constant pain caused by conditions outside of my control and stopped making excuses! Seriously, if I can do it, you can do it!!
